TAPS Fish House & Brewery in Irvine, in conjunction with Pavilions, invites you to partake in a spectacular Rombauer Vineyards wine dinner on Wednesday, February 5th at 6:30 p.m. Rombauer Vineyards’ representative, Alan Cannon, Director of Distributor Relations & Education, will guide guests through an exquisite five-course menu expertly paired with select wines from the Rombauer collection.
The culinary journey commences with a welcome reception where guests will warm up their palates with soy blood orange crudo paired with 2018 Sauvignon Blanc. Next, enjoy Dungeness crab & beet ravioli paired with 2018 Chardonnay Caneros, crispy Kurobuta pork belly with 2016 Merlot Carneros, and Wagu flatiron steak with 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Diamond Selection.
