El Torito will be unveiling their new seasonal specials tomorrow at all El Torito Locations throughout Southern California. Dishes will include:

Arroz Con Pollo
a traditional dish mixing chicken, cheese, red and green bell peppers, onions and tomato-jalapeño sauce on a bed of rice. ($15.99)

Guajillo Soft Tacos
three soft flour tortillas basted and grilled with guajillo sauce spread with aioli and filled with your choice of chicken and steak. Topped with lettuce and pico de gallo. ($15.49)

Chile Relleno Especial
fresh pasilla chile filled with vegetables and cheese then grilled and placed on a bed of rice and tomato-basil sauce. Topped with green onions, red bell peppers and cojita cheese. Available as a vegetarian option for ($12.99) or add chicken for ($1.00) or steak or shrimp for ($2.00).

The Mexi Combo
this two-item combo comes with El Torito’s chile relleno especial and your choice of a chicken or steak guajillo soft taco. Served with rice and beans. ($14.99)

For dessert, El Torito has brought back their very popular, Mudd Pie, made in-house with a delicious chocolate cookie crumb crust, layered with premium coffee and chocolate ice cream, topped with chocolate sauce and cinnamon whipped cream. ($9.99)

Mexican Bread Pudding, the house-made bread pudding is served warm and drizzled with caramel sauce, topped with ice cream and cinnamon whipped cream. ($7.99)

The Black Diamond Margarita – Made with Maestro Dobel Silver Tequi and Hennessy cognac, exotic citrus juices, hand-shaken at your table and poured into a martini glass with a black salt rim made of Hawaiian Black Lava Salt.
