Snooze is celebrating National Pancake Day on March 5 with pancakes and charity. In honor of National Pancake Day, there will be one-time-only return of some of Snooze’s most missed pancakes, as chosen by guests and staff. Pancake flavors include:

King Cake: A honey cinnamon pancake topped with vanilla buttercream, served with maple bourbon sauce, and festive raw sugar
Coffee N’ Donuts: Buttermilk pancake drizzled with maple donut glaze, crushed pecans, and a side of espresso cream
Strawberry Fields: Corn batter pancake topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry honey sauce, whipped mascarpone, and candied almonds
Blackberry Sublime: Buttermilk pancake loaded with white chocolate chips, topped with Key Lime pie filling, graham cracker crumble, plump blackberries, and lime-zested mascarpone whipped cream
Polidori in a Blanket: Buttermilk pancake filled with sliced Polidori sausage links, topped with Slopeside Maple Syrup, and whipped butter
The Vermonter: Buttermilk pancake filled with fresh blueberries, topped with streusel, Slopeside Maple Syrup, and lavender butter

Snooze has been using National Pancake Day as a way to eat good and do good for over eight years now, and as the company continues to grow, its impact in local communities continues to rise. On March 5, 100% of pancake proceeds will be used to help develop and nurture a local garden in the community of each Snooze location. Not only will the money be donated for equipment and other needs, but Snooze staff will quite literally get their hands dirty by planting and harvesting in the gardens come April. Guests are also invited to join Snooze staff for the Garden Party. Snooze will celebrate in all 35 locations throughout Arizona, California, Colorado and Texas. A full list of locations can be found here. National Pancake Day on Tuesday, March 5, 2019. All Snooze locations will be open from 6:30AM – 2:30PM, with the exception of Snooze Boulder which will be open from 7:00AM – 3:00PM. For more information, visit Snooze.
